What's it Like to Work at American Airlines HQ in Dallas?
I'm looking at a job in American Airlines management, and wanted to get the feeling of some people who work there. Is the moral any worse than around the rest of the industry? How are the benefits? What should a prospective employee know before making a move to Dallas to work for American?

I would recommend trying to get into southwest. They have much better benefits and more employee moral in their company. I have had friends who came and left american very dissatisfied.
